I must drink beer

, , ,

"Beer is the mind-killer. Beer is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my beer. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path."

BEER PRAYER
Our lager which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink.

Thy will be drunk
(I will be drunk)
At home as in the tavern.

Give us this day our foamy head,
And forgive us our spillages,
As we forgive those who spill against us.

And lead us not into incarceration,
And deliver us from hangovers.

For thine is the beer,
The bitter and the lager, for ever and ever, Barmen.
