The letter

Today, Michael has decided to take some action against Intown Properties. He started drafting a letter, and after I read it , I felt it needed some "torque". The first draft is pretty scathing, but subsequent drafts are positively scorching. Sure it is negative, but after this past weekend, I want the outlet.
