I started collecting the Doctor Who Micro-Universe Miniatures mostly becasue they were cool, and also because it was a fairly small investment to acquire them.

I had read that they had a mini-game attached to them, but I had no idea how stupid and boring that game could be. The game play, is awful. Really really bad.

Since Sci-Fi is now SyFy and is going the "dumbed-down" route of Pro Wrestling and Reality TV, I am going to start my own network. Of course it is all in my imagination since I don't have the resources to start a network. But it is fun to play.

Okay, it's Syfy. But that doesn't change the fact that this is re-branding to take the stigma out of old thinking. I see this as a classic case of a company that has a product they don't understand. Here is a network run by people who don't like science fiction.
